AV-rated, civil litigation firm has an opening in its Philadelphia office for an insurance coverage litigator (first and/or third party). The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience. Experience handling insurance defense matters is a plus. The position will include the examination of claims, preparation of coverage opinion letters, preparation of pleadings, responding to discovery and overseeing document production, preparing for and conducting depositions and reporting to institutional clients. New Jersey Bar and/or New York Membership is not required, but is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills are required. Remote working afforded on a partial basis.
