Seeking out-of-box thinking Litigation paralegal to assist in a number of tax litigation matters.
Looking for self starter with ability to summarize and discern complex information for researching purposes and how to use the information in legal filings.
Must have knowledge of preparing and ready-to-file motions/briefs/Fed Court appeals/complaints/memo of law and understanding how to apply local Federal court rules when preparing filings.
Having experience preparing US Supreme Court writs and briefs are a plus.
This is a contract position for now. Must also be able to use Pacer and other research tools for research tasks as well that will be used for legal fillings.
