As a state-licensed attorney in your approved jurisdictions, you will assess conveyance deeds and mortgage instruments for major lenders (grant, warranty, quitclaim; lien releases; POAs; subordinations; assignments). Our platform streamlines each review to just minutes, supporting supplemental income (often a few hundred to several thousand dollars per month) with minimal commitment.
