Requirements

Handling all aspects of discovery
Conduct and defend depositions
Draft and argue motions
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft a wide range of legal documents
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings and trials
Develop case strategies with the help of experienced colleagues
Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
Represent clients in alternative dispute resolution, including mediations, settlement conferences and arbitrations
Negotiate settlements
Prepare for trial, including witness preparation, preparing exhibits for trial and drafting pre-trial motions
Reviewing and analyzing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements and insurance policies
