Description

The Philadelphia Office of German, Gallagher & Murtagh seeks an associate attorney with 4-7 years of experience defending civil litigation matters to support its growing casualty litigation practice. The associate will contribute to the firm’s litigation team and be responsible for writing complex briefs and motions, arguing motions to the Court, attending and taking depositions, and handling files independently. Trial-level experience is required. Experience handling casualty, professional liability, and insurance coverage cases is preferred. Excellent writing skills and PA and NJ Bar admission are required.
