Roch Capital is a privately–owned capital management firm focused on high quality, long term, diversified investments. Roch Capital aims to derive superior returns through diverse high quality investments focused in Private Equity and Real Estate. We hold these investments directly as well as through strategic partnerships including LP and GP JVs, Co-Sponsorships, and third party fund structures.
Our in-house staff and strong capital position allow us to analyze opportunities quickly and to close with certainty.
Roch Capital is headquartered in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, 30 minutes south of Philadelphia, with a regional facility in Boca Raton, Florida. Our investments in real estate and private equity span the continental United States.
Our real estate holdings include hospitality, office, retail, flex/industrial, multifamily, manufactured home and recreational vehicle communities, student housing, mixed-use, single tenant net lease properties, and corporate sale leasebacks.
Due to the flexibility of our investment mandate, we are able to invest directly, as GP sponsor, passive LP equity, and through third party funds.
