Description

Center City Philadelphia plaintiff litigation law firm that specializes in class actions and multi-district litigation seeks associate attorney with 4-6 years’ experience to assist partners in interesting complex litigation matters. The candidate should have excellent writing skills, be energetic and be interested in experiencing an opportunity to practice law with a nationally recognized law firm. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not necessary. Admission to a state bar is required, preferably Pennsylvania. The position will require the candidate to do legal research, document review work, assist in preparation of legal briefs including assembly of the record and exhibits for same, assist in preparations for depositions and be able to travel, among other activities. Salary is commensurate with experience and is competitive. This is a full-time position and provides benefits including among other benefits, health insurance and 401(k). The firm presently allows for one day a week of work from home, either on a Monday or a Friday with all other days to be in office.

Requirements

Associate Attorney preferably with 4-6 year's experience and member of Pennsylvania bar and with interest in complex plaintiff litigation.
